FREE Indianapolis Opera at Indianapolis Public Library!

Starting around Christmastime, I got this thought in my head.  My kids haven’t yet been to the opera!  OK, honestly, neither have I.  So I am REALLY excited for this family-friendly opportunity from Indianapolis Public Library and the Indianapolis Opera.  Members of the Indianapolis Opera will perform “Inn of the Seven Dwarves,” at five different Indianapolis Library locations.  This funny twist on the Snow White story is appropriate for children ages 5 and up and their families.  It is only a 40 minute performance, so you can give your kids a fun bit of culture without worrying they’ll get bored or restless sitting for a long time.

Free Children's OperaYour family can see this performance:

February 22, 2:00 at Glendale

March 1, 2:00 at Wayne

March 2, 2:00 at Pike

March 29, 1:00 at Central

April 6, 2:00 at Nora

** There will also be a free community performance at the Basile Opera Center (40th and Penn) on March 29 at 10:30.
