Join me tomorrow tonight, April 25, at the Talbott Street Nightclub for Girls Rock! Indianapolis’ annual fundraiser.  This is going to be so much fun.

First, let me tell you about Girls Rock! Indianapolis.  GRI is a camp for girls ages 8-16 focusing on self-esteem and self-expression through good old fashioned rock n’ roll.  At camp, the girls learn the basics of playing an instrument, writing music, self-defense, and more.  I think this is an amazing program and a cause I truly support.

Now for the Soiree.  This is a 21 and over event to benefit GRI.  You’ll get to hear some great music and have a lot of fun with drink specials, a photo booth, special emcee Brownie Hero from The Naptown Roller Girls, and more!  General admission is only $5 in advance, $10 at the door, so it’s a fun event with little financial commitment (but making a huge difference to GRI), though I recommend splurging and going for the VIP tickets for $50- you get swag!  You can get your tickets at Brown Paper Tickets.  The fun starts at 8:00 p.m. and lasts til 1:00.  If you see me, be sure to say hey!
