Wednesday is President Benjamin Harrison’s 181st birthday! To celebrate, you can take a free first floor tour of his home on Delaware Street in Indianapolis. We are huge fans of this house and all the staff and volunteers there.
The tours will run on Wednesday, August 20, from 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. I highly encourage you t0 take your kids to this free event so you can see for yourself that the Harrison home is accessible and friendly towards kids. It’s a great way to scope it out to see if their Homeschool Days will be a good fit for your family (I know the information on the site is for last year, but they will be offering these days again with very similar information as what is on the site now.
