The Indianapolis Museum of Art is celebrating National Public Gardens Day with a new, FREE homeschool program! Curious Garden will offer homeschoolers an opportunity to learn more about their environment and conservation. There will be four stations where children will learn more about Honeybees, Worm Composting, Seed Exploration, and Ephemeral Art. This program will take place in 100 Acres at the IMA, beginning at Chop Stick (the horizontal tree and swing pictured below). This will take place on May 8 from 10:00 a.m. – noon.
The program is free, but you need to register by May 1 to take part. Historically these programs have filled up really fast, so register as soon as you can. Email Heidi with your name and the names and ages of your kids at [email protected].
